Hello!
I’m Annette Bell and I’m a Holistic Nutrition Professional and Healthy Heart Coach.
I specialize in helping people who have heart issues to optimize their cardiovascular well-being naturally through holistic nutrition and lifestyle adjustments via the holistic approach. This approach can improve a person's heart health, by assisting with weight loss, managing stress, improving sleep, aiding in restoring energy and much more. It can also reduce the chance of having a stroke, and heart attack.
I have a bachelor's degree in Complementary and Alternative Health CAH/CAM. In the past, I have worked in nursing homes as a certified nurse aide (CNA) and as a nurse technician (NT) at the UIC in Chicago IL. I love helping people. My strong passion and desire for helping people motivated me to continue my education to gain more knowledge of holistic health with nutrition at the forefront. Since I have extended my education in holistic health in addition to my skills, I have been determined to assist others with their health journey to receive the many benefits mentioned above.
I am not licensed (HNPs are not licensed in any state). Here in the state of Indiana, an HNP can practice as a practitioner within their scope of practice. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, prescribe, heal, or manage any disease state in any clients. I educate individuals and groups on how to choose healthy foods, make lifestyle adjustments, help manage stress, strategies to improve sleep and much more.
I am a mother of ten adult children and over 30 grandchildren and it’s no secret that raising children comes with a measure of stress and anxiety which led to a decline in my health years ago with high blood pressure being at the top of the list. But one day I decided it was time to do something about my declining health, which I did. I utilized the same strategies in my program that I will educate you on. I eventually mastered the keys to improving my overall (mind, body & spiritual) health and helped others as well. I transformed my life, and my passion and desire are to educate you on transforming yours, naturally. I possess the skills and knowledge to help you do just that.
Keep in mind that there is not a one-size-fits-all to improving health. What worked for one person may or may not work for the next person. My program can work for you just differently.
